RTC Faculty
With representatives from multiple disciplines, RTC is truly an interdisciplinary research and learning environment.
- RTC faculty span four academic departments in SF State's College of Science & Engineering; Biology, Chemistry and Biochemistry, Geography and Human Environmental Studies, and Geosciences. Research takes place on San Francisco Bay, the California Coast, and to field sites as far as the equatorial
- Collaboration
among individual researchers and between interdisciplinary
groups is very important to RTC's researchers, as
is collaboration with investigators from outside universities
and agencies.
