governance involves participation in the decision making
and administrative processes at two levels:

1) SFSU Administration–
Provost and Vice President for academic affairs, John Gemello;
and College of Science and Engineering Dean, Sheldon Axler.
2 ) RTC Director, in consultation with the Advisory Board,
faculty and staff (as members of committees).
